So in my continued research tonight I’ve come across some great facts.
The recurring theme I’m hearing from all the “gurus” on this subject – particularly in regards to solving sweating problems in a NATURAL way (which is what we’re all about) are these…
1. The number one factor is your diet.
You know all the foods you eat but you know are unhealthy for you? Eating unhealthily causes different effects in different people’s bodies, and in some bodies, like you’re I’m guessing if you’re reading this, it produces excess sweat.
I’m talking about excessively processed sweets, caffeine, alcohol, heavy meats, and so on.
Cutting down on these will reduce the amount you sweat automatically!
2. Reducing the stress of your lifestyle.
Even if you don’t have a high stress job, some people are naturally more highly stressed. By definition, this means they have a faster resting heart rate. That means when you’re walking around going about your day, your heart is beating faster than most people, so your body is burning through more stuff, expending more energy, and hence, producing more sweat.
The two ways to combat this are by exercising more (fit people have a lower resting heart rate) and by learning to relax more through meditation, yoga, or similar activities.
We take it for granted because we want some miracle solution, but these simple things can dramatically reduce the amount you sweat day to day.
I hope you found that valuable! If you’re looking for more tips to reducing sweating IMMEDIATELY – click this link.
