Ok so you’ve probably heard something about this report Stop Sweating Start Living right?
This product gets a lot of “marketing hype” on the internet, and lots of people try to sell it on their websites before they’ve even read it or know what’s in the darn thing.
So my goal here is to provide you with an honest review of Stop Sweating Start Living, so that you can make your own decision, based on proper information, about whether this report is the solution to your problems. Because at $40 odd a pop, it’s not something you want to be wasting your money on if it’s not going to work right?
Ok here goes:
So when you buy the report, you get taken to a page where you can download two reports - the main one, written by the Mike guy, and another one, maybe by him, maybe not, but they both comprise the package of showing you how to sweat less.
The first PDF (ebook) by Mike, is only like 18 pages long, so at first I was thinking ohhh no, this is a scam. But with the two reports combined, there’s well over 50 pages of “stop sweating” info - so my nerves were calmed.
So I start reading.
For those of you who don’t know, this book is about NATURAL sweating cures. There’s no recommendations for pills, medicines, or prescriptions. For me, this was a good thing, but it also means, if you’re looking for an INSTANT cure - something to take and the sweat will stop today - you won’t find it here.
The cures he recommends in these books are said to take anywhere from 3 to 10 days to take effect. A little longer than a drug, but at least it’s not going to mess up my insides and create some other spinoff side effect right?
Anyway, first thing they do is tell you WHY you’re sweating so much.
The reason is that “sympathetic nerves” in your body get overstimulated and cause an excess production of a neurotransmitter called… some big scientific name. And the goal of the book is to allow you to reduce the overstimulation of those nerves.
So on to the techniques that he covers.
Obviously I can’t give them away because that wouldn’t be right but overall, I can say that the things he recommends, are pretty simple. There’s nothing like, stand on your head while drinking warm goats milk with shredded cat hair… or something crazy like that. He starts out by suggesting changes that you can make to your daily routine that will naturally reduce your sweating very quickly.

The good thing is that these are easy changes that anyone can make - most of them can be started immediately and some require that you buy a little item (not from him) from your supermarket for a few bucks. Its certainly not going to cost you a tonne of money to stop sweating.
After the changes to your daily habits, he recommends some additions and removals to your diet - a few that you’d expect, like not eating so much crappy processed food, and a few that you wouldn’t expect - some foods that you THOUGHT were healthy, but can actually cause you to sweat like crazy.
Next, he moves on to a couple of things that you can do, like actions you can perform, recommended once or twice a week that will help lessen the stress on those nerves I told you about.
It moves next to a particular little “something” that you CAN take that has been proven in research to help reduce sweating. It’s totally natural and he tells you how to find it, how to prepare it, and how it helps your sweat stop.
The remainder of Stop Sweating Start Living contains tips and cures for more specific conditions like excessive underarm sweating, excessive hand sweating and foot sweating, and even offers some uncommon solutions to the “odor” problem that sweating causes.
It finishes with a few recommendations, a recheck over all the points covered, and voila, it’s done.
The bottom line is, is it worth it for you to buy this thing and will it benefit you. Again, I’m going to give you the honest answer, which is: I can’t say.
What I can tell you is how it’s been for ME.
Personally, I’ve started doing about half the techniques in the report so far. I haven’t gotten to most of it.
What I’ve experienced is a significant reduction in my underarm sweating - that’s taken about a week and a half, but that’s probably because I only implemented half the techniques.
The sweat isn’t gone but, (and this is a gross way to measure it) I notice that the patch I used to get under arms is definitely smaller now.
I generally feel ‘cooler’ through the day too, and I’m not sure if it’s related, but definitely a little less ’stressed’. I’m calmer and able to focus better at work.
I still have sweaty palms pretty bad, so I’m looking to start on the hand sweat techniques next.
So has it been worth it for me? I think definitely. I haven’t had to shell out for medications, my sweat has reduced, and I’m only part way through the techniques.
I can’t say the same will happen for you but I can say that it’s worked for me, and it’s definitely worth at least checking out to see for yourself.
