If you’ve noticed that family members shrink away from your damp hugs and people give you a lot of extra room on the subway, you might want to consider taking action to curb your excessive body sweating.
Excessive body sweating is nasty, there’s no two ways about it. Sure, everyone sweats sometimes, like at the gym, or in the jungle. But if you’re sweating a lot while just going about your day-to-day life, you’ve got a problem that can wind up costing you a lot…..
In fact, it might already have cost you plenty without you even having realized it. You don’t have x-ray vision; you can’t see around the corner to witness the way your family members shudder after your damp huge. You can’t read minds either; it’s entirely possible that all those times you heard things like “it’s not you, it’s me,” what was really going through your lover’s mind was “it IS you, you and your disgusting body sweating, but I am too nice to tell you that so instead I will just end our relationship altogether.” Same goes for your boss and coworkers. Sometimes it’s easier to fire someone or never hire them in the first place than it is to be upfront about someone’s repellent body sweating.
So what’s to be done? Plenty. Don’t freak out; if you want to stop body sweating, you can stop body sweating. It’s not as hopeless as it seems. But, as with anything worthwhile, if you really want to stop body sweating you have to be willing to put in a little work.
Yeah, homework. But it’s not so bad. Just do your research! There are lots of treatment options available that can set you on your way to living a sweat-free life. Solutions exist in the form of special clothing, prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, pills, creams, diet changes, surgery, and the list goes on. Not all of these treatments will work for everyone, so it’s important that you read up. With a little diligence you will be able to stop body sweating and live your life to the fullest.
